DESCRIPTION

This position is for a strong VB6 programmer, responsible
for design, development, testing and deployment of custom
in-house applications built on Microsoft VB6 and soon to be
migrated to VB.Net platform. Responsibilities include using
established software development best practices and related
procedures. Coding modules, dll's , main application
routines and functions. This person will manage library
components of projects related to development, including
some technical documentation, and unit testing. He/she will
code specifications, identify integration opportunities, and
present well-planned concepts to the Lead Project Architect.
He/she will work closely with team members doing the manual
processes and work that software solutions are designed to
improve upon. Must have an understanding of OOP and a
passion for coding solutions.

REQUIREMENTS
|
|
Candidates should be comfortable handling multiple roles
(customer interaction, design, development, testing,
deployment, maintenance) in a team-based environment. A
minimum of 2 years experience with Microsoft development
tools, including Visual Studio 6.0, Visual Source Safe, etc.
are required and experience in an Object Oriented
programming a huge plus. Working knowledge is needed of
Internet and XML. Experience with developing and/or
distributing desktop applications (eg InstallShield, Wise
etc). Some experience or understanding of Microsoft.Net
framework, language family, and development tools. You must
have the ability and willingness to consistently adhere to
the company mission statement and goals. Well-organized work
habits with good communication skills, teamwork abilities
and approach are necessary. VB6 experience and abilities are
absolutely essential.

We're looking for a full-time website designer with
outstanding communication skills. This person will be
primarily working on landing page designs. If you meet the
qualifications and would like join our team, please send in

Principal Responsibilities:
. Working on layouts, information design, and typography
. Analyzing information received from sales funnel testing

REQUIREMENTS

Required Skills and Experience:
. Must have a sharp eye for creating attractive as well as
effective designs for our clients' pages
. Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign/ Dreamweaver and
HTML
. Solid Knowledge of CSS
. Comfortable with JavaScript
. Understanding / knowledge of Flash and PHP
. Strong verbal, written and organizational skills,
including attention to detail
. Must be a self starter with the ability to manage
multiple priorities while meeting regular deadlines
. Ability to work independently or as a team member on
projects throughout all phases from design to testing to
implementation
. At least 1-2 years web design experience, agency work a
plus
